ANGULU JEMIMA,
FOUNDER /ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Jemima Angulu Aka Mima is a Dancer, Choreographer, Dance Teacher, A producer and the Artistic Director and Founder of Krump Studios. She is also The Director of Special Duties at The National level of the guild of Nigerian Dancers.
She started performing as a street dancer at a very tender age of 8 and continued exploring dance as she grew, she also started the Redeemed dance ministry when she was in school and has been involved with various dance movements in Abuja an various parts of Nigeria.
She has worked with Various Creative & celebrity artists and diplomatic bodies.
Her training Background includes Ballet, Jazz, Tap, salsa, Hip-hop and contemporary dance
She is a graduate of the The ISVP program at the Broadway dance Center and a recipient of contemporary network supported by the French institute and has taught dance and Performed in Nigeria and the US.
As a producer her work includes Grease the Naija mix, The love of hip -hop, Love and jazz, Omo Naija Expressions of the soul and Abuja the musical.
For her the krump dance studios is a place where dreams are made and realised, where dancers are born and lives are changed through the power of dance.
Mima is versatile with her dance experiences and has good experience of training and teaching in Hip-hop, African Jazz, contemporary, salsa, dance fitness and have had training at levels in cha-cha-cha, samba, Argentine tango, contemporary, jazz and ballet.
OLUKITIBI OLUWABUKUNMI
BKAY as she is popularly known nutured her passion for the love of dance as an art since childhood . She is a dance artiste and an instructor equipped in diverse dance styles (hiphop, traditional dances, salsa, contemporary, ballet, modern dances, jazz, cha-cha-cha, samba, argentine tango, social dances), and has subsequently had training in these genres of dance. She is a two time winner of the Regional competition of MALTINA DANCEALL 2010 & 2011 (Abuja), 3rd place in AMSTEL MALTA SHOWTIME 2011.
She is presently a dance and fitness instructor at The Krump Dance Studios.She is determined to grow herself and everyone around her in the art of dance.
